 An effective part company/part member funded Fitness Suite.

The administration and up-keep of the gymnasium is overseen by a member of ASDA staff. With equipment and an annual service & maintenance contract provided by our sister company; Inspire Fitness Solutions Ltd.

Members benefit from a mix of commercial standard Free-Weight, Strength and Cardio Vascular machines.

A nominal annual fee is charged to all members; with an induction course for new members into safe & effective exercise practices, and machine functionality.

The gym is open 24 hours, seven days a week to benefit changing/24 hour work-shift patterns; with a simple swipe card entry system allowing members access to the gymnasium  and changing facilities.
